It worked fine for two weeks and then started freezing over since then the workers from Whirlpool had to come out two times to fix it and change out five different parts. The door shelf bins and drawer bins are poor quality. After having the frig for 2 weeks, a door shelf bin cracked when my shoulder bumped it. 3 weeks later I noticed cracks in the drawer bin. Whirlpool shipped me a new door shelf bin. But a week later it cracked after my husband bumped it! Not very sturdy material for the drawers & bins. We also got unlucky with this frig when 2 1/2 weeks after buying it the temp in the freezer & frig got warmer. The ice cubes melted and water was on the shelves in the freezer. Then it refroze again. The temp in the frig kept going up and down between 42 and 50 degrees. I called Whirlpool and they had a repairman come out to look at the frig. He ordered the needed parts and 3 1/2 weeks later, the repairman finally received the parts and fixed our frig. It works great now (temperature is working good and freezer is properly defrosting again). But like I said, the door shelves and drawer are weak material.

Good

Forget it c 11/15/2019

Bought about a month ago. The drawers do not slide smoothly and the ice maker over flows if we do not pull the arm up. It goes out back and front of ice bucket. Had a hard time getting the temperature set correctly. If milk or drinks are next to back of refrigerator they freeze. It is set on 3. Have set it on 2 and it is to warm. Any suggestions as to what I can do

We like the way the lights light up every area inside the refrigerator also the shelves and especially the shelves in the door how nice and large they are. We also enjoy the Simplicity of using the ice and water dispenser in the door.

Great ice maker!

This is a standard refrigerator that is great for a smaller space. You cannot move shelves up\down, but is adequate for smaller households. Makes tons of ice!!!

Purchased 11/19. Read reviews about the noise and hoped my refrigerator would be quiet. Returning the refrigerator as it was delivered with a dent in the door. Best Buy very good about exchanging and I am hoping for delivery of a quiet refrigerator. I was very limited on choices due to placement opening of 68 x 34. I expected to hear water filling and of course ice dropping into the container but the condenser is without a doubt the loudest I have ever heard. A shame as I have been a loyal Whirlpool purchaser. Fingers are crossed for the new one.

Very Loud

Most unpleased with the loudness when running. Further, when you open the door the fan or compressor shuts off, and then when the door is shut, the fan or compressor comes back on. Is this normal? I attempted to return it to Lowes, but the 30 day return period had expired. I am at a quandry as what to do . Does your service reps have any suggestions?

Love the crushed ice. Almost like a snow cone

Our old fridge crapped out and didn't want the replacement to be the same brand and wanted made in America not Korea so went with what we know. Have had several Whirlpool appliances in the past and loved the features (ice and water in the door, great use of space and multiple crispers, and ambient lighting) . Once we saw it in the store the choice was easy. And it's so quiet.

Sticky Drawers

I have had this refrigerator for 2 months now. I am well pleased with the purchase and would have given it 5 stars if not for the sticky drawers. The drawers are hard to open and close. I may try putting some grease on them unless my wife vetoes that idea. Overall, this is a very good refrigerator. It is slightly noisier than my old Whirlpool that died.
